This project showcases the possibility of shop house rooftop. There is a need to Re-thinking the possibility to our rooftop design. The idea is to unfold a stretch of commercial shops to be designed for tourism activities. The site is not far from the famous long and scenic coastline facing the blue water of the South China Sea - Kuantan beach. Both local tourist and tourist abroad can enjoy at the beach and modern coastal cottage. A row of ‘boutique coastal commercial’ shops is comprised of shop lots cater for boutique hotels, F&B with mixture of local cuisines to expound local uniqueness and boost commercial activities.
