The "Manowar" cities champion the well being of the world nation. The idea gathers people power to win the climate change menace - Together we stand. Importantly, the master plan grows and compliments in between sciences and arts. The balance between them will unfold the true harmonisation and wellbeing of the nation. The idea of "floating" does materialise the zero ground disturbance as many environment guardians have been chasing upon. With this idea, we believe not merely cleaner cities, but an utopia planet - Earth
