The proposed mixed use development scheme consists of 12-unit 5 to 7 levels shop offices. The scheme is equipped with semi basement (naturally ventilated) and elevated parking floors to cater for the car parking requirements yet to minimise the use of mechanical ventilation system. Besides, the scheme is juxtaposed with a 15-storey residences with parking floors tower blocks.
