MANTIN HOUSING PLANNING: Place Making. The project calls for a master planning for gated & guarded residential area. The scheme is located at Bandar Baru Mantin (New Town of Mantin), Seremban. There are a total of 84 houses. The master planning scheme consists of 26 units of 3-storey houses and 58 units of 3-storey of semi-detached houses under the idea of landed strata title concept.

There is a clubhouse sited at the highest point of the site overlooking to houses with unobstructed view. It also acts as recreation area for events and activities for everyone within the housing area.

Strata concept provides a ground to maintain the uniformity of overall place making concept. The existing site condition potentially hints that trees growing luxuriantly to bring the idea of replanting even more trees to provide garden concept to residents.

​Site Planning: The site is developed in phases. First phase would be Southerly garden in front of the housing entrance, followed by Northerly garden located at the rear of the scheme. Both gardens provide broad open “green” park to users. The houses are built on a slope land to avoid soil cutting for environmental preservation purpose.
